1. Enrollment
* Enrollment is open to children and adults according to courses offered by Alberr.
* A completed registration form and payment (if applicable) must be submitted before the student begins classes.
* Any health, learning, or behavioral concerns must be disclosed during registration.

2. Class Structure
* Classes are conducted at 200 Old Bank Lane, BB1 2HU or online.
* Students are grouped by age and/or learning level.

3. Attendance & Punctuality
* Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.
* Repeated absences without prior notice may result in removal from the class.
* Parents should notify the teacher in advance if the child will miss a class.

4. Conduct & Behavior
* Students are expected to behave respectfully toward the teacher and fellow students.
* Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in warnings, parental involvement, or expulsion from the program.
* Students must dress modestly and appropriately for all classes. Girls mustbwear hijab and boys must wear Islamic clothing.

* Parents may be required to purchase or provide necessary materials (e.g., Quran, notebooks, pencils).
* Digital access (if online) must be set up by the parent/guardian prior to class.

* For younger children, a parent or guardian should assist with logins and ensure the child remains focused.
* Regular feedback may be given to parents on the child’s progress.
