In July 2026, Masjid Alberr was honoured to welcome Dr Farhat Hashmi for a special educational lecture attended by members of our local community.
The event provided an opportunity for attendees to benefit from Islamic knowledge, strengthen their faith and come together in an atmosphere of learning and reflection.
Hosting educational lectures and visiting speakers is an important part of Masjid Alberr’s mission. We aim to make the Masjid not only a place of worship, but also a centre for education, personal development and community engagement.
We were delighted to welcome Dr Farhat Hashmi and everyone who attended and contributed to making the event a success.
We look forward to welcoming more scholars, educators and community speakers to Masjid Alberr in the future.
