During Eid al-Adha, the ALBERR Foundation UK team visited Egypt to personally take part in our humanitarian activities and meet families in need.
As part of our Eid programme, we slaughtered one cow and distributed the meat to vulnerable families, helping them enjoy fresh meat during the blessed days of Eid.
During the visit, we also distributed small financial grants to families facing financial hardship, providing flexible support towards their most urgent needs.
In addition, our team distributed 94 kg of donated clothes to families in need, giving good-quality clothing directly to people who could benefit from it.
The visit was also an important part of our commitment to transparency and accountability. By visiting the communities ourselves, we can see the needs first-hand, oversee our charitable activities and identify areas where further support is required.
