Education in Gaza

Despite the devastating conditions in Gaza, ALBERR established a major school in North Gaza, providing education to more than 800 students.

For children living through conflict and displacement, education provides more than academic learning. It offers structure, stability, hope and the opportunity to continue building their future.

Education in Uganda

In Uganda, our mosque projects are designed to serve communities beyond providing a place of worship. Where appropriate, they also provide a place for local children to learn.

In communities where families may struggle to afford formal schooling, these spaces can help provide children with access to education and learning opportunities that might otherwise be beyond their reach.

Supporting Students in Egypt

In Egypt, poverty can place significant pressure on families and sometimes threaten a child's ability to continue their education.

ALBERR provides small educational grants and financial assistance to students from families in need, helping with essential education-related costs and reducing the risk of children leaving education because their families cannot afford to support them.

Our vision extends beyond individual countries. Wherever ALBERR identifies communities in need, we seek opportunities to support education through schools, learning spaces, educational grants, supplies and other initiatives that give children the opportunity to learn.
