Enrollment

Open to children and adults. A completed registration form and payment (if applicable) must be submitted before starting. Any health, learning, or behavioural concerns must be disclosed during registration.

Class Structure

Classes are held at 200 Old Bank Lane, BB1 2HU or online. Students are grouped by age and/or learning level.

Attendance & Punctuality

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time. Repeated absences without prior notice may result in removal from the class.

Conduct & Behaviour

Respectful behaviour is required toward the teacher and fellow students. Students must dress modestly — girls must wear hijab and boys must wear Islamic clothing.

Learning Materials

Parents may be required to purchase materials (e.g. Quran, notebooks). Digital access must be set up by the parent/guardian before the first class.

Parental Involvement

Parents should assist younger children with logins for online classes and will receive regular feedback on the child's progress.

Fees & Payments

Tuition fees are payable per academic term. No refunds will be issued for missed classes unless cancelled by the instructor.

Privacy & Recordings

Class recordings are for internal revision only and may not be shared by parents or students without written consent.

Cancellations & Holidays

The teacher reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to emergencies or holidays. Parents will be informed in advance.
